Looking to discuss last night's fall finale of ABC's V ("It's Only the Beginning"), written by Cameron Litvack and Angela Russo-Otstot?
Head over to the Los Angeles Times/Show Tracker site where you can read my write-up of last night's episode of V (entitled "V: The way of the gun") and weigh in on the twists from last night's episode.
Did the four episodes live up to your expectations? Will you be tuning in when the series returns with its back nine episodes?
Be sure to head to the comments section to discuss the latest installment and what you think will happen when V returns from his hiatus in the spring.
V returns to the ABC schedule in March 2010.

(2) Keep it civil. We're all here to discuss television so I won't tolerate any intentionally rude or aggressive behavior towards other commenters or myself.
(3) Keep it on topic. That means keeping your comments restricted to the news, review, or interview you're currently commenting on. And no ads for other sites or services, please!
(4) Please don't comment as "Anonymous." It gets really confusing in longer threads (not to mention irritating) and there is the option to select a name (any name) by using the Name/URL option. So, please, no more "Anonymous" comments!
Thanks and keep reading!

This was an excellent episode--the best so far. I just can't believe that we now have to wait until March for more! So lame!
I'll tune in but I'm thinking this show has written itself into a corner. For instance, the Vs have cameras everywhere...especially with their jacket cams and who knows what else. It's going to take a lot of writting around and create plotholes as the resistance navigates around this and eventually I think we're going to be asking wouldn't the Vs have seen that?
Also, as for the 5th column, don't the Vs know who they sent to Earth and who has checked in and who hasn't since they arrived? Therefore, can't they assume anyone who hasn't checked in is suspect and track them down -- I would think they would know who is a V and who isn't given how coordinated they seem to be and how calculated they say Anna is. Like, wouldn't they know that Morris Chestnut has gone rogue and track him down to his house? It's these kind of questions that if they don't get answered I'll tune out pretty fast.
All sci-fi showrunners should take a page from Lost... don't ask a question if you don't have an answer. You can't have a good sci-fi show that lasts without being smart.
I'll pick it up again in March, but personally, I think that's too long of a hiatus for it to be successful.
I will definitely be tuning in the return of V in March. This last Fall episode was excellent. Anna brings the creepiness factor to a whole new level! I wish the hiatus was shorter.
